Rules governing participation, registration, and academic conduct at the upcoming Morphology Congress at Comenius University.
01 Registration Terms
By registering for the Morphology Congress, participants agree to provide accurate and complete information. Registration is personal and non-transferable without prior written consent from the organizing committee.
- check Early Bird Discounts: Valid only for payments received before the specified deadline.
- check Student Documentation: Discounted student rates require upload or verification of a valid student ID.
- check Access Rights: Registration grants access to specific lectures, workshops, and social events based on the chosen category.
02 Cancellation Policy
Before August 1
Full refund minus €50 administrative fee. Requests must be submitted through official email channels.
After August 1
50% refund available until August 25. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date.
* In the unlikely event of congress cancellation by Comenius University, registration fees will be refunded in full.
03 Code of Conduct
"The Morphology Congress is committed to providing a professional and respectful environment for all participants, regardless of gender, orientation, disability, appearance, or religion."
Expected Behavior

- • Professional attire during sessions
- • Adherence to presentation time limits
Unacceptable Behavior
- • Any form of harassment
- • Recording sessions without permission
- • Disrupting scientific presentations
04 Liability and Data Protection
General Liability
Comenius University and the organizing committee are not liable for injuries, losses, or damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons during the congress. Participants are advised to arrange their own travel and health insurance.
Data Processing
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR for congress organization purposes, issuing certificates of attendance, and communication regarding future editions. Participant data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
